HOW DOES THE SHIPPING WORK?
Orders are processed within 3 working days of receipt of payment, barring unforeseen events which will be promptly communicated.
The goods travel with tracked express couriers.
Any stock for non-delivery, not due to our will, will be charged at a rate of € 10.00 + VAT.
For deliveries to disadvantaged locations and Venice Lagoon, please check your zip code and if it is included in the list that can be downloaded from the available link, select the appropriate shipping method in the cart.
HOW DOES YOUR WITHDRAWAL POLICY WORK?
